Bright Psych of Life turns ONE!

It has been a ONE-derful year of running my humble practice and I am truly thankful for your trust and support this past year. Yes, you, you and you! Clients, potential clients, colleagues-turned-friends, supervisors and mentors! Even those who silently stayed behind the scenes to follow BPOL accounts and posts as well as family and friends who offered assistance and unwavering support. All of you matter. Sincerely grateful for all of you.

Happy 1st Anniversary to Bright Psych of Life!

It has been a year of beautiful connections with like-minded mental health professionals through various platforms for case consultations, continuous supervisions and professional development. These lent infinite support to me in light of the ups and downs of running my own practice. I am grateful that we made efforts for our paths to cross this past year, and I strive to keep these valued connections into 2026 and beyond.

In the past year, my focus included creating systems, building on my knowledge base and experimentations (in terms of exposure, website). For instance, those who follow my social media platforms and website would realise the directional shifts in approach, and formats of presentation I utilise this year. My intent was to make psychology-related contents accessible, and yet, lighthearted. This year, I want to continue to be intentional and authentic in my practice and the resources that I present to you. I am excited about courses and conferences I will be attending, to enrich my knowledge base in my areas of interests. In addition, I am also energised by my plans for the resources that I wish to create.

Thank you all for entrusting me with your stories and giving me a chance to work with you on your journeys. And as a gesture of appreciation, I strive to continue putting my best therapist hat and service forward in helping my clients achieve their goal(s).
